Feeding System :Mixed materials are evenly delivered into the separation chamber. A stable feeding process ensures continuous airflow contact and reliable sorting performance.
Negative Pressure Airflow System :The fan generates controlled negative pressure to capture lightweight materials, maintain stable airflow conditions and reduce dust leakage during operation.
Separation Chamber :Inside the chamber, materials are classified by density, particle size and aerodynamic characteristics. Lightweight fractions are carried by airflow, while heavier materials move forward.
Discharge System :Separated fractions are discharged through independent outlets. Light materials such as plastic films, paper and RDF components are collected for further recycling or processing.
