Driven by local urban renewal, large volumes of mixed construction and decoration waste were generated. The incoming materials feature highly complicated composition, mixing hard concrete blocks, bricks, scrap steel, timber, foam and plastic impurities together.

Complete recycling workflow:

Main Equipment Configuration
The construction and renovation waste recycling line integrates multiple types of screening, separation, and conveying equipment to handle complex mixed waste streams. 1. Apron Conveyor
Provides stable and continuous feeding for mixed construction waste. The robust structure allows it to handle large and irregular materials while maintaining a consistent material flow for downstream processing.
2. Bar Deck Flip‑Flow Screen
Designed for screening wet and sticky construction waste. It performs initial classification by removing fine materials and reducing material blockage during the screening process.
3. Single‑deck Flip‑Flow Screen
Used for further size classification after crushing. It separates recycled aggregates according to particle size requirements and supports the production of different recycled material grades.
4. Heavy‑duty Bounce Screen
Separates materials based on differences in elasticity and movement characteristics. It helps distinguish heavy aggregates from lightweight components such as wood and other debris.
5. Spiral Screen
Provides additional classification for mixed material fractions. It helps reduce impurities and improves the quality consistency of intermediate recycled products.
6.Magnetic Separator
Removes ferrous metals such as scrap iron from the waste stream. The recovered metals can be collected separately for further recycling.
7.Negative-Pressure Air Separator & Foam Air Classifier
Uses controlled airflow to separate lightweight materials, including foam, plastic, and paper, from heavier recycled aggregates. This process helps improve the cleanliness of final products.
8.Apron Chain Conveyor
Connects different processing stages and transfers heavy materials between equipment. Its durable structure is suitable for continuous operation in demanding construction waste recycling environments.
Construction and Renovation Waste Recycling Process
Mixed construction and renovation waste is first delivered into the recycling system through a vibrating feeder, which ensures a stable material flow for the following treatment stages. The bar deck flip-flow screen performs initial screening to separate fine materials, while larger components such as concrete and bricks are transferred to the crushing section for size reduction.
After crushing, the materials enter a multi-stage separation process using heavy-duty bounce screens, single-deck flip-flow screens, and spiral screens to achieve accurate size classification. Magnetic separators then recover ferrous metals, while air separation equipment removes lightweight materials such as foam, plastics, and paper. Through the complete sorting process, the system produces recycled aggregates, recovered metals, reclaimed wood, and separated lightweight materials that can be reused in construction and resource recovery applications.
