What Is a Waste Bag Opener Machine?
A waste bag opener machine is installed at the front of a waste sorting line. Its job is to open bagged waste and release the material inside so the next equipment can separate it properly.
In MSW and mixed waste plants, a lot of incoming waste arrives in plastic bags. If the bags stay closed, screens, separators, and sorting systems cannot work well. A bag opener tears the bags and loosens the waste before it moves forward.
